CARPET CLEANING

JS uses a hot water steam extraction system.  Your carpet will be preconditioned to prepare for maximum soil suspension and special spotting agent will be used in attempting to remove spots.  The utmost care will be used in moving furniture and protective foils will be placed under all legs to avoid rust or furniture stains.

HARDWOOD CLEANING

JS wood floor cleaning system deep cleans hardwood flooring without damaging the surface.  Exclusive water containment system extracts the toughest dirt and surface contaminants leaving the floor immediately dry.  Adjustable cleaning solutions system adapts perfectly to most types of wood.  Optional polyurethane maintenance coat for non-prefinished oak flooring to give a dull finish a durable topical shine.

TILE & GROUT CLEANING

JS steam cleans your tile and grout using the Bridgepoint System.  The grout is pre-treated and agitated with a brush.  The entire floor is rinsed free using our truck mounted system.  A solvent based protectant is applied to protect the entire grout line as opposed to other products that are only a topical protection.
